Our Mission

We are brought into fellowship by the grace of God and the power of the Holy Spirit.
We gather to WORSHIP Jesus Christ our Lord.
We gather to TRAIN children, youth and adults to be followers of Jesus.
We gather to SERVE and CARE for the needs of all people.

Our Core Beliefs

At Ellensburg Presbyterian Church we love the Lord Jesus Christ.
We believe in the authority of scripture and the power of prayer.
We seek to glorify God, serving him with hearts of love and hands of fellowship, proclaiming the good news to all.
We value genuineness in our relationships with one another.
We support missions and evangelism as ways of reaching out and drawing others into relationship with Christ.
We gather together to support family, fellowship, and the care of one another as ways of being the church together.
We believe in the reformed faith and the Essential Tenets of ECO.

Our Vision

Ellensburg Presbyterian Church is looking ahead with great expectations towards God's plan for the future. We realize that we will have challenges in the future, and we pray our next pastor will be ready to face these challenges with us and will continually seek Jesus as we discern His will for His this church.

We want to focus on:

  • Continuing growth in all ministry areas with an emphasis on discipleship.

  • Strengthening and renewing our ministries to children and young families.

  • Focus on growing our contemporary and traditional worship services.

  • Recruiting volunteers and training them to be ministry leaders.

  • Keeping the focus of our congregation on Jesus within a culture that increasingly pushes us to seek worldly success
